Founded in 2023, NetSpeek can automate the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of AV and UC systems using generative AI through its Lena platform.

NetSpeek’s Lena simplifies complex AV installations by providing step-by-step guidance, reducing the time and effort required for setup and configuration. Additionally, its autonomy and reasoning capabilities allow businesses to detect and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring uninterrupted operations. By transforming raw data into meaningful insights, Lena empowers organisations to make informed decisions, improving efficiency and driving better business outcomes.

Alex Kemanes, MD at Midwich Ignite, said: “Investing in NetSpeek represents an exciting step for Midwich Ignite as we continue to back technologies that drive real innovation. NetSpeek is revolutionising network maintenance with its intelligent, real-time diagnostics and proactive alerts helping AV and IT customers minimise downtime while giving end users peace of mind.”

Erik DeGiorgi, CEO at NetSpeek, added: “This partnership with Midwich Ignite marks a major milestone in our quest to transform how AV and UC networks are deployed and managed. With their deep industry expertise and global reach, Midwich is the ideal strategic partner to help accelerate our mission. Together, we’re equipping integrators, IT teams, and facility managers with intelligent tools that radically simplify operations, reduce service costs, and elevate the user experience across the modern workplace.”
