Neets launches sound bar for video meetings and conference rooms

Neets has announced the forthcoming release of its Sound Bar - SB1. Featuring a 2.0 full-range active stereo sound bar, it is aimed at use in meeting and conference rooms.

The SB1 enables presenters to bring media to life with quality audio and speech clarity.

“We wanted to address that problem and make it easy for users to upgrade the sound experience. That’s why we developed the Neets Sound Bar,” says Michael Rumph, Product Manager at Neets. “When combined with a control system, presenters can experience an even better sound performance by choosing between “Presentation”, “Unified Communication”, and “Music” modes”.

The SB1 can be connected directly to a display or sound source. It works via the wake-on-signal, or it can be connected to a control system through the RS-232 port. The all-black Neets Sound Bar comes with a vinyl-covered cabinet and a fabric-covered grill. It has a built-in amplifier and two sets of 4-in woofers and 1-in tweeters, so there’s no need for an external sub.

The SB1 will begin shipping in the beginning of Q4, 2017.
